Iam infront of doc one guy came to there and get gun out and fired and killed me for no reason

A gun with gun killed me wihout any reason infront doc without any reason too ian there to change my name but the guy came and takes gun and fire to me, he should get punishment for that, his id is :-122664 & the doc officer said that was a green Zone
