to clarify the admin Jad muller was taking part in that same event on their twink so would be part of the rule break

Krazzy this rule applies to for example. Highway at weapons. Or a warehouse roof with no ladder within the circle. The rule simply means if someone is on a roof or spot that you can’t access within the circle it is deemed a rule break. That roof can be accessed when inside the event circle...
