I was shot by a random person while looking after a emergency helicopter landing in DOC and after that I was Shot and then Robbed of the Org Guns that were dropped

Player was afk and went into sleep mode mid processing and didn't move so when uncuffed he wouldn't be able to be recuffed so he could combat log

The only logical decision that wouldn't involve letting a prisoner would be to just fall down while obviously there'd be minor injuries from falling down while grabbing a human realistically it didn't seem that much of an unrealistic option
