Hello, I have been banned under Gen Rule 1.1 but i believe this is just because I log in and play from my mums how and my dads house where i split my time as they are divorced. Can you advise me on how i can fix this so i can play again?

I have been given a 60 day ban for logging in from two locations. I split my time between my Mums house and my Dads. How can I get this logged on my account so I can continue playing? I am fortunate enough to have 2 pc's. 1 at each home and I've never done anything wrong so how can this be fixed?
