idk why my warn got reset

i got a warn before 7 days and i just got one more warn yesterdays so my both warn got reset for no reason can you plzz help me with it

he did not give me time and he did ub demands and also kill me with out proper demands

and if it was ooc insult i must put that in non rp chat but i say that in rp so how it is ooc insult

and also as per making forums rules it is said there the pov must be more than 1min but he has not uploaded 1min there is only 25sec

so i just got ban for saying mf in Hindi and if you think it is ooc insult can you explain me how because when anyone say mf in English and we report you guys say that this is slag to say that word but if i say that same word in Hindi you ban people for that why. I think i should no be ban...
