I guess I just fail to see the RP in rolling up and killing someone, kinda boring RP to not even attempt to apprehend me.

Upon me reviewing the situation I suppose it is possible this person was undercover FIB, but I have no way of knowing that. With that being said, I was unarmed and posed no danger to them. They made no attempt to arrest me, simply killed me all the way to the hospital.
