They clearly wanted to collect debt from you. You should have complied them and let them collect the debt. It wasn't an RDM from what I've seen in the clip. That's a fail RP from your side.

I love how suddenly everyone cares about RP when they get their money stolen. In the collector's job many victims just ignore the debt collectors / running away to their houses / camping inside cars / refuse to RP and I think you would have done 1 of the options I mentioned.
