i went to collect debt and gave demands but this guy ran and i went into my truck and he rammed and killed me without any demands

i was running when this guy rammed and killed me

i was just roaming around and standing still when this guy started shooting me on road and that too without demands and his friends were ramming my car so that i couldn't run away

We were collecting debt and went to talk to him and he instead gave us demand but started shooting before it was over so we didn't get time to move and he shot us even my teammate accepted the demand abd was ready to leave still they shot us
