he returned the money of his own volition. there was no agreement that if the money was returned i would close the forum. In fact, I could keep the forum open and not feel any guilt at all.

Admin warned me despite the fact the posters pov did not include his own voice audio, which is visible as you can see when he pressed N, he talked in game, but in his own pov it did not go through. Therefore the pov is not valid. Also admin processed it very fast, could be biased.
