I'm pretty sure if it was a fam raid its OOC event so it wouldn't be corruption but since he was in uniform and had balaclava on and cuffed you it is most definitely corruption, as well as powergaming. I completely agree with this post.

Go to the server one section and go to biographies. Go to corrupt bio and follow the format. It must get approved by a administrator as well as the leader of your organization.

You don't have a corrupt biography. Without one, you can't roleplay as a bad cop. Therefore, this could result in IC as well as OOC punishment. If you would like to be corrupt, you can apply for a corrupt bio.
