You can't you at least need 2 cars and 1 people in each to tell a car to pullover.

So I was in my friend's car we got in the vehicle and this random guy came to give demands from the car which may be UB and they were 4 in 1 car so they could not tell to pull over and they killed me and my friend and took my car.
