I think it is clear Id 8214 is punching Id 98955 in water when unconscious at time Stamps 2:21 & 2:47 and killed him

Despite of length of the POV in first case he did action on a Unconscious person POV which i provided had enough proof of him breaking rule if admin had same intention of POV is not enough then could have requested for extended though it is clear he killed me in random ghetto fight started...
