Id 92050 clearly broke rule and was assumption i made here ?? I don't understand why a person is not getting punished when a POV of him breaking rule is clearly visible.
About longer POV : Weather the POV is 30 sec or 1min i gave both nothing changed over there. Person broke rule
I hope you clearly watch and take decision again if he is not getting punished i feel it as a Wrong decision cause when it is clear in the POV still why u people refusing to punish it is not any framing or something.
