I Applied for Admin assistant after my 2 successful term but didn't got selected. I have been crime Leader 2 times still did not selected. So I want to know the reason why I am not getting shortlisted So I can improve myself and apply again.

As u can see in the POV Id-149379 patched me while i am under the car which is PG and after that id-148762 searched me without telling me at TS 0:32 which is fail RP .and after that At TS 1:02 he Searched me without my hands in air and without telling me anything which is again Fail RP.

As u can see the POV they first rammed me and after that they all started shooting on me without any Demands and Rp situation at TS 20 which violets GR 6.15 and there ids are 149379,181817,54254,201032 they all belong from Tzaraiar fam so its a mass rule break also
