When I came to the island of battleship, this guy firstly came with his personal vehicle in a gang event which violates the rule er 1.17 and he also vdmed me using his helicopter.

All in POV. I was waiting for a higher command to join the gang. And this individual started to CR and VDM in the middle of the gang HQ for no reason as you can see I was holding my place waiting with respect to join. Thank you.
