hi The player stole a car without any RP actions or words. After that, he used the car and killed 3 players randomly. This is a violation of the rules: NRP + VDM + RDM.

I had 3 wanted stars, and a stranger came to me and shot me directly without saying anything. He didn’t check my ID or name in the game to verify, and there was no RP interaction. He just killed me without any words.

I received an order to kill this player. I followed him for about 7 minutes, but during all this time he stayed only inside the Green Zone to avoid roleplay. He was not AFK because he moved, but he did not answer to my greetings or any interaction. This wasted my time and is not proper RP...
