I was parked in my Truck and he tased me out of the vehicle.

I was heading to the Gas station when ID 4378 decided to purposely aim to CR me, and then both get out of the car to open fire at me killing me in city for no reason.

This person asked for the Keyset which is not allowed. 6.14 It is allowed to rob from inventory ONLY Ammunition, Guns, any armor (Gang, FIB, LSPD etc.), balaclava and Drugs. MONEY can be robbed - only using system functionality of gangs. | Ban 1-7 days

He killed my gang member first, then proceeded to kill me while picking him up.

Suspect Killed me without any demands in attempt to steal my vehicle. The Location was right outside of ghetto (see ghetto boundaries ) which requires people to engage in Roleplay and give demands before shooting (Gen Rule 6.15). Suspect Failed to engage in Roleplay which breaks said rule.
