ich bin dankbar auf eurem Server (de01) spielen zu dürfen. Leider habe ich extreme Unstimmigkeiten bei der Bearbeitung meiner Tickets feststellen müssen. Anbei die dazugehörigen Tickets, die beide Male unzureichend und mangelhaft bearbeitet worden sind...
Guten Tag, im voraus danke ich für die Rückmeldung und wünsche selbstverständlich auch Dir und allen anderen Spielern viel Spaß am Projekt.
Leider bedauere ich es etwas zu sehen, wie hier mit meinem Ticket umgegangen worden ist, da ich keine sachliche Argumentationsgrundlage erkennen kann...
