I was just walking and this random player started punching me

I came out from black market. I saw one body down on the floor I went to help the guy and suddenly one car comes and rams us multiple times.

I was placing items in my shop and this guy randomly comes and shoots me till I am dead.

I was just doing my shopping and I saw this 1 guy on the floor so i ran towards him and suddenly from no where this random guy starts beating me up. I dont even know that person and I have never ever met him.

what do you think by the video was the guy wrong ?

Can any admin move it ?
