as you see in the first POV i hit him because he was lagging(teleporting) so i didnt have enough time to react and stop so i dont hit him

I got demorgan for car ramming in turf racing, they didn't ask my POV as usual, but you can see that in my POV he's lagging(teleporting) and late braking and that's why it happened
