actually i am blocked from server for 7 days. at today my ban period was completed still it showing 1 day left on screen. i am banned on 27-06-2024 at server time 00:00 and it will unblock on 04-07-2024 at server time 00:00 but it doesnot unblock till now .please solve this issue

my account was banned without knowing the reason why its banned.also i followed each and every rule obediently,i even does not broke even one rule upto now .please try to bring my account to play to enjoy the game experience of role play . yours truthfully, smokie royal
