Heading to SAHP when this guy came.

I was dressed as a chicken running around LSPDs HQ bc they left there doors wide open. I was there before the reset as well no one cared. However this man, without saying a word cuffed me and then dragged me by my arms. However we where both running.

I get I am on the road, but you can see them turn around and come back to hit me

I was minding my own business and almost hit this guy in the road. He kept ramming me and told me to stop. I stopped in hopes he would repair my car however he tried to kill me. I know he couldn't rob me bc he was alone but like I said I thought he would repair the car. Im not sure if it is 6.24...
