Dear Admin Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing with a heavy heart to sincerely ask for your understanding and clarification regarding the recent 7 day ban placed on my account. I understand the ban was due to receiving three warnings, but I was genuinely shocked and confused by the third one especially since there was no forum report or clear explanation tied to it.
I’ve been doing my absolute best to follow every rule and uphold the standards of the Grand RP community because I truly care about this server and everything it represents. I’ve been looking forward to tomorrow’s event because its holiday for most of us with so much excitement, planning and preparing carefully, only to now find myself unable to participate. It’s honestly heartbreaking.
This game and community mean a lot to me. I’ve invested time, effort, and emotion into building my character and being part of something special here I have meet a lot of friends and family. That’s why this situation has been so difficult to accept. I never intended to break any rules, and if I unknowingly made a mistake, I truly want to understand what went wrong so I can learn from it.
Please, I humbly ask for your reconsideration. If there’s any way my case could be reviewed, or if there’s any detail you could share about the third warning, I would be incredibly grateful. All I want is the chance to keep being part of this amazing community and to grow from this experience.
