1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been part of this project for nearly 3 years as a normal player, deputy and leader multiple. Through ups and downs, I've always come back with the aim of helping to make the server a better place and make sure everyone enjoys their time here. This is a game at the end of the day and it's meant to be fun. Through my time on EN1, I’ve creared and hosted some of the most memorable events on EN1 that brought so many players together. Examples being the Christmas Gift Hunt, first ever Prom Night by LI that became a tradition and so much more. With nearly 8,000 messages in the GRP disc which have been mostly helping others and good suggestions, I’ve always aimed to make a change. I’ve experienced all I’ve wanted to as a player and now hope to give back to this server as an admin

3. What are your strengths?
I believe I would be a great admin because I have many strengths that will help me. I am a quick learner which means I'll be able to learn what admins have to do very quickly. My problem solving skills help me to find solutions under pressure which I feel is a big thing for admin. I also have strong time management skills which I believe I have proven in my 5+ terms as a leader where I have always met the targets set to me by my Curators or Seniors. I think that my leadership experiences have shown that I can communicate with players of all levels. To me it doesn't matter if someone is new, old, rich or poor. I will always treat them the same, something I will keep the same as an admin
4. What are your weaknesses?
As much as I’d like to say I have no weaknesses which may seem like the case, there are a few I should mention. I find it hard to work with fake or people with big egos but I will always keep a calm mind as an admin as I know you have to be balanced and fair as one. I also am an overachiever which can sometimes come across as taking on more than I should be. However, I see these more as proofs of my dedication and commitment to performing at my best rather than actual weaknesses
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Perspectives as an experienced player, good communication skills, fast response time. I’m not a one trick pony, I have experienced all sides of the server from state to crime to turfs to unoff to LI so I know wherever I’m placed, I won’t feel like a stranger
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No
