Dear Admin Team,


I hope this message finds you well.


My name is Malana Cream (ID: 110295), and I am writing this appeal to respectfully explain the situation that led to my admin blacklist and GR 5.2/5.3 ban on the EN-3 server, and to kindly request reconsideration of my status.


I first applied for an admin position on March 16th, 2025 through the official forums: Application Link. At the time, I had a basic understanding of the rules and was quite nervous about the interview process. Nevertheless, I was fortunate to be selected and officially joined the Admin Team on March 19th, 2025.


From the beginning, I was committed to maintaining a high standard in my work. I consistently met and exceeded the expected targets and responsibilities. Due to my performance, I was selected for a Level 2 interview, which I scheduled with one of the curators and completed on March 30th, 2025.


However, I did not receive any confirmation or outcome of that interview for several days. On April 3rd, I was informed that I would be given a second opportunity to appear for the Level 2 interview. Unfortunately, around that same period, my Mid-Semester University Examinations were scheduled to begin from April 6th to April 14th, so I informed the curators that I would need to temporarily step back due to academic commitments.


Unexpectedly, due to a clash with other universities' schedules, our exams were postponed on April 6th, 2025. Upon receiving this update, I promptly reached out to the curators, expressing my willingness to resume my admin duties. However, I was informed that I had been blacklisted from the Admin Team and advised to submit a formal appeal via the forums.


I attempted to communicate with the curator for clarity and to explain the situation. Unfortunately, during the conversation, there was a misunderstanding, and my explanation may have been perceived as disrespectful. This led to a ban under GR 5.2 and 5.3, along with a reiteration to appeal formally.


Through this message, I would like to sincerely clarify that I had no intention of being disrespectful or disregarding any rules. I have always valued my time as an admin and the opportunity to assist new players in the community—just as I was once helped when I first joined GRP. The role brought me a deep sense of fulfillment and allowed me to contribute positively to the server.


I genuinely wish to return to the Admin Team and continue making a meaningful impact. I deeply regret any misunderstanding that occurred and humbly request a second chance to prove my dedication and passion for the role.

Hello, to make it clear for the chiefs, the reason of your stepping down was because what happen and you didn't mention you have exams
However, you already got a chance and you decided to not take it, after few hours when you stepped down you wanted to join!
Regarding the GR 5.2/GR 5.3, you called me Biased instead of making admin complaint to get justice even i told you to do it.
Moreover, your admin blacklist was approved by the Curator of administration​

Hello Chief's. and Curators.

I would like to clarify my situation and respectfully request your reconsideration regarding my return to the admin team. I had clearly mentioned in my DMs that I had exams coming up, which is why I initially stepped back when the opportunity was offered. When I was initially offered the opportunity to return, my academic responsibilities were at their peak. Given the intense preparation required during that period, I made the difficult decision to step back temporarily to focus entirely on my exams.
At that time, I was unaware that stepping back would be considered a final decision and that I might not be offered another opportunity to rejoin the team in the future. Had I known that this would be my last chance, I would have made every possible effort to balance both responsibilities and continued with the admin role, even if it meant stretching myself during exam preparation.

However, as soon as I learned that my exams had been postponed, I immediately reached out with a request to rejoin the team. This request was made on the 6th of April, 2025—just three days after I initially stepped back on the 3rd of April, 2025.. I remain committed to contributing and would be grateful for the chance to serve again.
