Life history :
Talon was born in Turkey,Big and crowded city.And had a bad childhood because his father left him when he was 8 and his family was broke because his mother was sick and she couldnt work and in a bad situation such as this he had to work and bring some food to his home he joined his friends' gang and they told him that if he helps them they will give him guns,ammos and drugs to sell other gangs or drug cartel's so he can earn cash to buy some food to home.His friends told him his first task and he had completed it succesfully. Days were passing in the same routine.But one day he got caught to SAHP while they were doing checkpoing on highways to check Is there any criminal.SAHP troopers found drugs and ammos in his trunk but Talon said that they arent mine SAHP troopers decided to check his background
When they found out that his background is clear they gave him one chance to work in SAHP as Senior Trooper.He was doing very great job in SAHP but he was always dreaming to be corrupt.But in SAHP He couldnt do corruption.So he said himself that If i cant be a corrupt i must follow my dreams and be a soldier.He joined NG and got promoted to Colonel.
Career Story:
When Talon joined SAHP he got hired as Senior Trooper.He joined S.W.A.T and he was attending all missions that he can and he was very active unit.He was improving his skills day by day and he was his high commands' favourite unit.First he got promoted to Senior Corporal due to his activity.He stayed in SAHP for 2 months after that he went to LSPD as Detective.After two weeks By his acivity and knowlegde he got promoted to Supervisor of S.W.A.T.After 1 week he had heard that SAHP's new sherrif is appointed.He went back to his second home "SAHP".
He joined SAHP as US Marshall and after 2 weeks he got promoted to DHOD Of S.W.A.T and after that he decided to follow his dreams and he went to National Guard (NG) as Colonel of SASD and kept going there.After that his friend offered him to get some drugs while doing it Talon got caught and demoted to Lt. Colonel but he didnt give up. He kept his activity and his highcommands forgave him and gave him one more chance and promoted him back to Colonel.After that he got an interest about being a corrupt.
Outcomes:
1. Talon can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
2. Talon can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Talon can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Talon can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5. Talon can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Talon can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Talon can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8. Talon can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9. Talon can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
10. Talon can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
