When Simba Manekshah first landed in Los Santos, no one knew who he really was. No headlines. No records. Just a calm, composed man with an aura that commanded respect the moment he walked into any room. What people didn’t know and what he never spoke of was that he was once a Lieutenant General in another city ( EN3 ), a man who led black-ops, ran top secret missions and moved with a level of strategy that few would ever understand. But that life is Erased and Hidden. To everyone in Los Santos, Simba wanted to settle down his retried life. But What he found was crime running rampant, streets owned by gangs and law enforcement stretched thin. The chaos was familiar and that itch to restore order came back stronger than ever. when he saw the chaos boiling in the streets and the corruption in the system and weak law enforcement, that old fire returned. Retirement? That was never his fate.
Career Story :
Simba reentered service, first in the USSS, then the National Guard, and quickly made his presence felt in the San Andreas Highway Patrol. With his high level experience and ruthless efficiency, he brought control, strategy, and fear wherever he served. It wasn’t long before the LSPD noticed and pulled him into the core, assigning him as Assistant Chief of Police. It looked like a hero had returned to save the city. But inside the mind of Simba, a different strategy was forming.
He realized that justice alone couldn’t keep a city running it needed resources, money, and loyalty. The government funding was not enough, the equipment was outdated, and officers lacked morale. That’s when Simba decided to bend the rules to strengthen the system. He began targeting criminals, intercepting drug deal, arms deals but not to report, but to reclaim their profits. Instead of greed, Simba redirected the money into the department secretly upgrading LSPD’s firepower, paying bonuses to loyal officers, and building an inner circle of trusted warriors who would protect the city his way. Promotions were earned through loyalty, not politics. Clean officers stayed clean, the brave were rewarded, and those who questioned the system were quickly reassigned or silenced.
To Simba, this wasn’t corruption. This was survival law through control, and order through dominance. His methods may have blurred the lines between right and wrong, but no one could deny the results: lower crime rates, faster response times, and an LSPD unit feared by criminals citywide.
Simba Manekshah aim is to become legend a of two worlds, a savior in uniform, a tactician in the dark. He doesn’t need permission. He gets results. And in a city built on crime and power, he became both the shield and the sword.
Outcomes:
1. Simba Manekshah can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
2. Simba Manekshah can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Simba Manekshah can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Simba Manekshah can use illegal weapons and he can pick up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5. Simba Manekshah can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Simba Manekshah can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Simba Manekshah can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8. Simba Manekshah can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9. Simba Manekshah can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
10. Simba Manekshah can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
