The player has stolen my top-quality rims, which are crafted from high-grade metals. These rims were part of my personal vehicle and hold significant value, both in terms of cost and rarity. I did not give permission for them to be taken or removed, and this action was done without my knowledge or consent.

This falls under Rule 6.22 as unauthorized access and theft of personal/family property, and I request appropriate action be taken.
