Me and my friend received ban 60 days for GR 1.7. i chat with Jonny Odds about the situation and actually i disagree because every item has its state value and when trading like cars it says it cant be sold for less then 50% state value. In my case its Juice Shop which state value is 1mil and i paid 1,8mil, so technically no rules are broken, paid over state value. I do understand most of you dont see it this way, but on paper nothing was broken, JS didnt sell for less then state value. If we say, but market value.. Who decide what is market value? We all know that market prices are not realistic in any way, and if me or someone else buys something why cant we decide for how much we want to sell it? Every house, every business every car, every state object has state value at set at state value, as long as I dont go way under but over, I have not broken any rules by buying or selling a property. Different is in auction when you start from state value and ppl do their bids and stop at the level they feel comfy to pay for. When auction get bugged and lets say mansion or some business sells for 3mil, do these ppl also get punishment for that? And I remember I have a screen shot from while ago where admin said unless its not less then state value, then no rule is broken, which is true. If you want undergo situation like this, then why not set state value that is higher, and still if someone buys or sell at state value or bit higher its not as a rule break in my eyes. I dont understand how I break the rule by buying or selling property at price that is set by state.
