The business regarding this ban was not given as a gift. This business that I sold to my ic wife was for her to manage it without looking for loopholes in the general rules, and because I didn't want her paying a lot of money that she did not have back then and I wasn't sure that I will be around in the city, so I did that instead of losing this business, but my ic wife decided to sell it after a while because managing it has been difficult for her and then gave me the money for the business after selling it. Which is completely fair, i got the money for my business that I bought and sold, and the person that bought the business paid for it received, basically she was just the middle-man in all of this.

I know that this is unrealistic situation but I did not break any rules regarding this as I was very careful to check and then make a decision.
