good evening, as i expressed in the other forum my job was being a bounty hunter, and that was my roleplay scene. what happened is i made an error of judgement and killed the wrong person, thinking they were my bounty. from my perspective it was roleplaying a scene, and i did not intent do break any rules. they reported me for rdm, and i feel as if i was done wrongly, as i never had the intention of rdm. i pressed my player scanner and it sent a gps spot to lspd so i went there then pressed it again once at LSPD. and it was right next to the only guy sat outside lspd right where the ping was. once he moved out of greenzone i followed him, then he jumped into my car so i drove towards ghetto, he jumped out and i shot him thinking he was my bounty target.

hopefully you can see it from my perspective it was not an intented rdm, and it was a mistake. why would i sit outside lspd for a few mins and randomly pick on a random i've never met before, to risk myself jailtime and a warn.

i'm even willing to accept the 180 mins in jail for my crime in city of murder, but i would be greatful for a warn remove as i geninuely thought he was my bounty which then is roleplaying and i have the right to kill.
