2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to run a gang because I want to experience what it's like to be on the leadership side of things. I've been roleplaying as a good character for a while now, and I want to try something different something that will help me grow my leadership skills by leading a gang. I think I can show that the Ballas can have a strong, respectful leader who’s chill, helpful to new members, and knows how to make good connections with other players. I really enjoy connecting with new players and helping them get started on the gang side of RP. I also hope this helps me one day step into an LEO leadership role, too. I want to make the Ballas stand out, build more respect for the gang, and bring some high quality RP to EN3 and i want to. As the most of the leaders sometime dont make a good rp . What i do build up a story before robing a store just so thay can see that as a gang we rp as a real gang! and i want this to be a gang with the best rp you can put out thare♡. and also i think i well bring more rp to gangs and i want to be the most wanted gang whare we get raid and we fight back. And i want to put a word out thare as balls we pull up on your block and i want it to be so when the leo find out we are balls thay well pull up and arest us as it bring more rp as thay do in real like and. and make this like the thay do in real like we well run the getto and we well make frends with the other gangs and be parters and roll the getto as a team!!♡

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. m What i do build up a story before robing a store just so thay can see that as a gang we rp as a real gang! want to be the most wanted gang ! And i want to make this org fell like a good org to be in with a chill leader and a nice team. i want are gang to make a good team with other gang members ! and bring a grate story! So i think that gangs are ment to be in a grate stoy with out a grate story line it dose not make a good gang ! it takes a lot of time to build it up and that why i want to bring it to grp
