He is doing fail rp when I have his order to kill(bounty) from darknet he has 5 star on him. Firstly he take cover of green grass but later he called police and did CODE A in front of us . Sorry for that I didn't have full pov of taking his order but as you can see at time stamp 0:13 sec there is clear sign of gun above him or we can say target.
There is another proof at time stamp 0:45 of order cancel when he did fl.

Ask for full POV from starting if I have any intention to do F1 then ask for full POV then everything will be cleared i have low end specs without graphics card

If you are engaging in any event then you have to record your body cam it's doesn't matter what specs you pc have. It's clearly mentioned in rule book
