2. WHY DO U WANT TO BECOME THE LEADER OF SPECIFIC Organization? [EXPLAIN WITH 3 REASONS]-
1. since i have been long in city and gained experience in both organisation. I have been high command in Leos max rank was cos, and HC in every gang that help me to running my term .By handling these roles i have learned alot about the city and have earned a name in the city .i always touch with leaders in some term i learned from that.
2. I never was leader before and I think its my time to try new things and be a leader and prove that i can be a good leader. I Believe I have had quite an experience in LEO Org and Know how they Win Over the Gangs,I want to improve the activity in the server of the gang. Go to the most of the events - Morning and Night events, Make store robberies and rob people in ghetto and highway. i selecting my Deputies and Under Deputies in such a way that Every hour there is at least two High Commands available for any situation.
3. a lot of people think that a gang main activity is to shoot and rob in the ghetto , i would like to change that culture and show them that other rp activities are also as fun and important such as making strategic alliances with other gangs on certain occasions to increase our chance of success. Families is one of the best criminal organizations out there between the other criminal orgs and I think it has a lot of potential, it just hasn't had the chance to shine up to, I want to change that. i have lot of friend who are leader of fam. i sure they come with all members for my term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. By giving bonus we can invite stranger that will increase activity.
2. Hiring more people: Inviting multiple people from aliens families can increase RP.
3. Only Experienced Inviting people who have knowledge about server and rule can prevent us from org warns so org with low warns is the best org.
4. Commanding in the absence of leader so choosing perfect 4 deputies can increase strong and confidence/perfect RP.
5. RP commands will increase quality of Role Play of each individual so automatically increase RP.
My Goals
1. Rob every leos and citizen.
2. giving max bonus.
3.Be stronger than other gangs and dominate them.
4.Dominate Ghetto.
5. win all store and gun store with good members.
6. getting 100% Turfs.
