We are 4 people with 3 car for robbing but this guy don't accept roleplay and run away

Firstly, In my eyes my textures were not loaded so it was really laggy and I couldn't see anyone in front of me. Also as it was laggy for me i never heard his demands but in his POV it shows me within distance but in my eyes I couldn't hear him as it just had rendered the pink car in front of me , thus i just carried on driving and thought it was just a buggy car as their are always cars in the middle of the road. I would never want to stop or prevent an rp situation on purpose. I don't have POV cause in my eyes it was just a minor collision i never knew i was getting robbed or whatever they wanted to do so i never thought i was going to get robbed.
Finally, they are breaking the following rule '6.14 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC(e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans.' as they are using discord to communicate which is moving an ic situation to an ooc one.

Additionally, I have been in the server since the first day and I've hardly broken any rules so I wouldn't want to break rules now.

Discord is not metagaming in itself, it becomes metagaming when you use Discord to do something you couldn't do in game. Ex: Call backup when dead or in an RP situation that otherwise you wouldn't be able to talk to your friends, and so on...

The words you say don't believe me. You are in out of city and 3 vehicles were trying to stop you and everyone is telling you to stop the car and you are running away? It doesn't mean you can't break the rules you've been playing since the beginning of the game, and it's very clear in this video.
