In this clip you can see me conducting a bust on ID 161, which I later find out that he is Chief of Staff for NG through department chat. You can see that he Combat logged, possibly was mixing (because his friend showed up and started shooting), or was power gaming as he may have found some way to call for back up even after i confiscated his phone and radio. Overall he broke quite a few rules and ruined a great bust. Also, he has been around for quite a long time since he has such a low ID and so much stuff that he knows what he did was wrong. This also stopped us from being able to pursue him in any legal means as we didn't get his name because he CL.

i combat Logged and there was no mixing/PG/Fail RP, mixing was done by 12699 at Beach Market by agreeing for needing weapons for Informals/Resource wars and using a Non RP term he did the bust so in that prespective ID 12699 should be punished for Fail RP for using a non RP term to do a bust and cost me a fortune.
