The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
So Gangs getting ready at weed farm to deliver full truck with weed and cocaine to marabunta HQ and FIB was scouting the weed farm for weeks and they got some info that today they will deliver all this illegal stuff today, so FIB call all other Leos for help SAHP,LSPD,NG,GOV,and EMS to give adrenaline shot leos have good plan that they make they will wait the truck to leave weed farm and then on the way near jucie shop LOS will start chasing the truck.
Why this event: Unique event for both LEO's and Gang's future interaction training on why to focus on either capute or the safety of the target.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEO's: Need to stop the gang from delivering the truck
Gang's: Need to deliver the turck to Marabunta HQ
Other organizations involved: All Gang's and LEO's
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Any vehicle should be same for both Gang's and LEO's, Assault Rifle Carbine for both Gang's and LEO's.
and 1 truck for gangs
Admin Requirements: Spawn Vehicles, Give weapon's and announce the event related stuff.
Rules of the event:
No healing unconscious.
No healing.
How is the event won?
Leos if they stop the truck and kill all gangs.

Prize for the winner: 200,000
