Subject: Misunderstanding Regarding Discord Server and appeal for unban
Dear Admin Team,
My name is Arsh Jatt, and I’m writing to respectfully appeal the recent ban on my account. I have already submitted two appeals, but would like to explain my side in more detail for better understanding, because in the previous appeal admin told me why I got a ban for 60 days. so now I want to tell the server which is used by me for which purpose.
Before 10–20 days, I was exploring the marketplace looking to buy a Defender vehicle. I came across a person who shared photos with a Defender and also with a server admin. He mentioned that he runs an off-roading club, but I can't see that he is write on top of pictures, then I am directly messaging that person "Are u buying a defender?" He replied to me that we can't sell, we are having a club, we organised an off-roading and car meetup. If you are interested, you can join our club. I’m very passionate about the creativity of events and off-roading in the city. He also meets me in the city, then I also have an off-roading car, so we have a good bond, and I was interested and joined the server. He mentioned a subscription fee of 100K per month, and I agreed to pay, thinking it was just a normal club fee. However, I want to clearly state that I never actually paid any money for a subscription to him or their family, else you may verify this through my transaction history. Over the next few days, we connected in the city, joined meetups, and attended off-roading events. It was all for fun and enjoyment.. I had no knowledge or intention of being involved in any third-party or illegal activities.
A few days later, Prince Amiri was banned, and once I saw that, so no more friends in that server, then I left that server. I had only joined for events and roleplay, not for any misuse. I now understand that being part of third-party services is not allowed, and I truly apologize if I unknowingly broke any rules. I assure you I’ve learned from this and will be more careful in the future. I have all the chats with that person, you can also check my PC if you have any doubts regarding me that I am using illegal Discord. The person is promoting the illegal server on the marketplace, they have a picture with admins, that's why I am joining, no one is applying for their complaint, and I have no intention that an illegal Discord. I will feel that's my mistake, but I cannot use that server for renting a car or for illegal purposes. I have only used it for enjoyment. If u have doubts about me, I check my pc and my Discord too. Please understand me, sir, when I know about that server in details, the owner of club also got ban, then I will do my best and leave that server.
I kindly request you to unban me, as I genuinely had no harmful intentions and only wanted to enjoy the game, not breaking the rules of RP.
