2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization (List three reasons with an explanation).


A. I wanted to make sure by becoming the leader of LSPD that We protect the city fairly and effectively. Make the good relationship with citizens and other state organisation and We will focus on the peace of the city and not punishing people who are innocent.We will work and comply with other states organisation with good incentive.By this way I will able to make the best reputation of LSPD among the city.We will conduct daily training for officers of LSPD to enhance there skills in the way they need to do and make there things done smoothly.

B. The First and main reason of applying for LSPD are that i want to Take the experience being a leader of LSPD as i was there in LSPD at rank 28 and watched my seniors working for the state , They are my first inspiration they are the one who motivated me to work for the welfare of people of Los Santos and Fight against corruption and crime. I never welcomed any type of crime in anybody's life.

C. I want the LSPD to act in a real and respectful way in all interactions. We train officers to handle situations well, like traffic stops, high speed chases, or hostage negotiations. While maintaining strong roleplay e.g no metagaming, powergaming or toxicity etc. When the police department is well behaved, it makes the game much better for everyone playing on the server.



3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
I will make sure that the LSPD is among the most active and participative organizations in the state, with a high standard of RP standards to be followed.

Recognition and rewards will be given weekly from my end to inspire officers and induce sustained high-level performance.

The promotions will be purely merit-based, with diligent and worthy officers being recognized regularly. Promotion ceremonies will be conducted weekly or bi-weekly to ensure morale and transparency.

I will implement regular in-character training sessions and simulations to assist officers in honing their RP skills and keeping up with protocol.

Cooperation with other state agencies will be promoted to carry out joint operations and training exercises, improving inter-agency RP quality.
( i will make sure to have a meeting with all the high commands to solve problems or issues in the Departments or between the officers )

Promote officers,Demote,Hire,give interviews,Train the new officers
( i will make sure to give Human Resources| Hr Department to the most exprienced officer because Hr is the most important Department )

SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics)
Handles high risk missions like hostage rescues, counter-terror ops, and takedowns of heavily armed suspects. SWAT officers are highly trained in combat and tactics. ( and i will make sure to give this special Department to the special officer who deserves it )

Enforces traffic laws, runs DUI checkpoints, manages accident scenes, and cracks down on speeding and reckless driving to keep roads safe.
