We robbed two Leos on the highway and took one of them hostage.
According to the rules, when a hostage is taken, no gang member can be harmed.
However, as seen in the POV, while the hostage was still inside the vehicle, all the officers opened fire on the car and killed the hostage.
This is a clear rule violation.
