i got banned recently for gen rule 6.17 in my admin interview by yashwant trigger in which he found a recording of 3 months old which is recorded by a recorder which is not specified from which but later yashwant told me to record from nvidia by going in game and it was not recoding all overlays so he gave me a ban but i said i dont nvidia to record grand rp and also i was using fbx recorder at that time i want to tell you that what happened wrong there
1. there was no specific from which recorder i recorded the pov and it was from my other id not from which i applied
2. my nvidia can record all overlays eventhough i can record all overlays by just attaching another monitor to my laptop which gives the feature to record desktop capture
3. so thats not clear if that recording was from nvidia and how much i know i used to record from nvidia by attaching another monitor but at that time when i was giving interview i was not using any other screen and also didnt know for what i was getting ban otherwise i would have said this to yashwant at that time
4. i never meant to record anything from illegal recorder as my friend said thats why i downloaded fbx so there should be no problem as i was using laptop and i never meant to do it intentionally as it was 3 months old pov also yashwant saw all my settings in fbx it was all legal so what was the problem if i am able to record from legal record if you need that 3 months for any official use like pov request or for some ic use than you should ask for a legal one
i dont think the admin team ban people for this reason as player should be allowed to record pov of there personal use it doesnt matter if its legal or illegal as that pov of 3 months old was not related to anything to my current situation as i dont think that pov can be used for anything as pov are valid in forums for only 2 days as written in rule for filling complaint and in IC to it was not in any use so why a ban for just recording grand rp, i think we are allowed to record grand rp for personal use or is it illegal to even record it for personal use i was all good recording as i have a legal recording which records all overlays and also if they want any pov i will record it for them with legal record and also if someone recorded from illegal recorder how will you know if he never minimize his game so even anyone use it for official i dont think admin team can judge it by just looking into pov that it is legal or illegal if its not minimized anywhere so there is no reason for banning people for have a illegal recorder if a person is checked and he has legal recorder he can record form illegal one and you will never know so that doesnt make sense of checking it even its for official use and never you will know from which recorder it is recorded with other than the recorders which has watermarks so i request to look into this problem as this bans like which i got dont think will help the admin team.
i want to say that also i made 2 complaints with my explanation in the first one my ban got reduced by 15 days its fine but its not all about ban reduction or something i wrote everything about the issue and how this ban doesnt make sense i even made a suggestion in grand rp discord regarding this then i made another complaint where i explained harry king all the issue and what he missed in last complaint but he rejected that and said that you will be banned for spamming i never meant to spam so i didnt uploaded any forums but now i think that the reply for my suggestion should be given with a logical reason and also to look into my ban as i am not satisfied with 15 days ban reduction its the same for a person who made a forum saying sorry as he got the same ban and harry king reduced his ban for 15 days i dont like it i felt that harry didnt review my application currently and thought he just saw it and decided to reduce the ban as he did with others who just say sorry i will not do it my situation is a bit diffrent from them sorry for making it too long but i would appreciate if the curator of project reviews this complaint and takes a good decision
