I am writing this response regarding the complaint titled "Helping Ban Avoiders | 125616," which accuses me of assisting ban-evading players and providing them with in-game money.

I would like to clarify a few key points:

1. Regarding the players involved: I was not aware that any of the individuals who joined the family were ban evaders. No one from the staff or the community informed me that their accounts were previously banned. Our family is semi-open, and in some cases, members may have been invited or accepted by others without my direct involvement or knowledge.
2. Regarding the money transfers: I never intentionally transferred money to any player with the purpose of helping them evade a ban. Any money sent from my account was strictly for regular family-related support, and was not part of any suspicious or illegal activity.

I kindly ask the administration to review my situation, as these accusations are harming my gameplay experience and the reputation of my family, which I’ve worked hard to build fairly and respectfully.
I am kindly requesting a review of the situation or an official update, as this unresolved complaint is affecting my reputation and gameplay experience — even though I am not banned.

I am fully open to cooperation and willing to provide any additional clarification needed.
