Hello,

I was previously banned for GR 1.8 for 60 days. I submitted an appeal, and it was approved to have the ban wiped.Here However, when I logged into the game today, I noticed that instead of being removed, my ban duration was changed to 9999 days.
This seems to be a mistake, as my appeal was accepted.
Could you please review my case and remove the ban as soon as possible?
