Hello Mazhor,
After a long PC Check of 3 Hours on Sunday 08.05.2022 i got banned for a PC Reset that was 11 days ago - 28.04.2022 i reseted my Computer.
The Admins: Adrian Tablo, Abu Almani and Ishan Whittaker told me they found nothing, but that it looked suspicious that i just reseted my Computer.
I should have written a IC - Ticket to the Admins and should have told them that i reseted my PC. At the time i didnt know that a Turf Player had to write a Admin Ticket when he reseted his Computer what also sounded stupid for me - i dont think that every player who ever reseted his PC should write a Admin Ticket about it.
They researched everything like i said and it took 3 Hours after a long Day of Work and it was also Mothersday.
I did everything they wanted me exactly to do. After the Check they went for 25 mins in a privat talk to tell me that i get banned, cause it looked suspicious for them.
They told me i can have a Silent Ban cause they do found nothing but have to ban me cause of your rule
I left over 1000 Hours of Gametime and about 4.000 Euros on Grand DE02 - 03 and 04 - Adrian Tablo told me there is a Rule: When you reset your PC in close time of the PC-Check you get banned.
I was known for my Roleplay on DE02 + DE03 + DE04 - The PR Manager - Nosuburban was working with me cause of German Bloggers on DE02 03 04.
Last Time i was talking with Nosuburban and Underwood about a new project, where they could need me.
Also I was the Leader of the Blood Street Gang on DE03, the Family Head of a inoff. Family on DE03.
Helped out the Marabunta Grande OG Sharky Garcia to get comfortable with everything as Second OG since server launch of DE04 and now to till the end i was Second OG of the Grove.
I told you that so you get a small view about what am i doing and how stupid it would be to cheat in my position. I did some Turfs already on DE03 but never focused like that on DE04. If i knew about a PC-Check i would have not reseted my Computer but i really had to, because my pc was really really slow and i had so much random stuff on it, it was time to wipe it. Well now i lost for "nothing" my Account and i would like to enjoy playing with my friends on DE04 agian.
Upon their request they told me that they would give me an silent ban, which would still lead into maintain my reputation, because as i said before they couldnt find anything. Also like i said before they told me that they must ban me because of a rule which you included and i didnt know of. Shortly after strangely the whole Ballas Gang knew that i got banned - so the silent ban wasnt a silent ban and therefore everyone is thinking i'm a cheater which wasnt even proved in any way.
They can check me everytime agian and i wont reset my PC in Time.
