Hello there,
Today i was unexpectedly Banned for GR 1.1 by Johnny Odds I've been informed by a few people that is was most likely because i had a VPN on i will explain the reason below.
The reason i had a VPN on is because the ports that grand RP runs on are blocked on my Wi-Fi those being (22005) and (22006) my Wi-Fi is a public Wi-Fi like the kind that schools have or an apartment complex so they block certain websites and ports for your safety to bypass the Wi-Fi blocking those ports you can use a VPN that has a software called port forwarding and that pretty much just changes your Ip-address and cleans all of your blocked ports so then you can play your game normally without any issues.
I would normally hotspot my PC using my phone however my phone recently broke while in the gym because I dropped a weight on it
I'm weak leave me be.
anyway since i couldn't hotspot my PC i instead tried using a VPN as an alternative and when i logged in i was instantly banned by most likely the anti-cheat or Mr Johnny odds i understand and adhere by all of Grand RP's rules and regulations and would never try to break any of them don't get me wrong i have had my ups and downs on the server not completely understanding every rule in the past as most players do but as of the past few months i have tried my hardest to improve those things.
i really appreciate you taking your time to read my appeal and i hope you understand where i am coming from in this request i have spent thousands of hours in the city and it is my main hobby away from the real world it keeps my mind at ease and helps me enjoy life to the fullest.
