Situation Explanation:
While I was in the process of placing the individual into jail, I requested him to show his passport.
To facilitate this, I temporarily uncuffed him for around 10 seconds.
However, instead of cooperating, he took advantage of the situation and combat logged.
Additionally, despite claiming to be an experienced and knowledgeable player,
his actions clearly reflected a lack of understanding of the server rules.
Such behavior is unacceptable and against the spirit of fair play.
