As you can see in my POV , i was doing busting , so when i cuffed that guy he did CL and ID 147386 started shooting at us so for our risk of life me at my partner shooted back then he was unconscious and he did bug abuse and killed me .

FYI: SH does not fit in pocket. According to the POV, there is no sign that proves suspect's arrival afterwards.
So, no valid evidence for NLR.​
