first he started doing car crashing and then doing pullover and after that he did not ask for the passport and without any reason he arrested me and not said to remove my mask and directly arrested me and put me into car.

The main reason you arrest you that when I asked you do you have any illegal items on you,You said yeah yeah.Then I cuffed you and searched you and you indeed had illegal items on you.I dont need your passport as i am not giving you a ticket at that point.Also, according to P.C. 2.11.1 we can arrest you and you did mixing as well at the last saying Admins will decide

Me: Do you have any illegal items on you?
You: Yeah yeah,drive safely officer
It will be speculation between us but I got the valid reason of arresting you and if you think that you are unlawfully detained you should go to DOJ,not saying that someone did Fail RP
