2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. When I came to the city, My first ORG wasn't FIB but after that I went to FIB I stayed there for a lot of time gained experience faced a lot of situations which I believe its enough for me to apply for FIB leadership.
2. In FIB there are a lot of interesting things that can attract anybody to join this org Such as: The raids FIB can raid gangs, black-market and crime-families also CID which is the main reason to do the raids you can collect evidences do busts while being under-cover which I was good at also while I was in FIB, gained a lot of experience in this department and also I have a good knowledge about the other departments.
3. I was in FIB for a long good time and attended good terms such as: Bronson Blake's term which I was a Federal Commander at the end of it, I was working with a good people made a lot of achievements and relations also Under-Sherrif currently.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice is that I will try my best to maintain the respect between the people in the ORG, Not hiring anybody and no favoritism will be in this term also I wont give ranks to anybody/everybody in the ORG which the rank will be given to the one who is active, experienced and has a good manners which will make the term good and funny.
I will make sure that everybody in the ORG feels good and not annoyed by any individual in the ORG if that case happened I will try to solve it immediately Beside all of that The main and the most important thing that I will focus at the departments their Curators and Handlers that they should be experienced , , choosing a good agents to work under them and good at leading their departments especially HR and CID departments HR will be responsible to hire everybody that wants to join the ORG so I will make sure that the people leading it/in it are good also CID which will make us raid the gangs I will make sure to run it perfectly and who is leading it is a good/experienced person which will make us do a full good term and also full raid season.
