  1. As you can see in my POV i was having a bounty hunter on this stranger IDs " 133554 " and when i was shoot him didn't die , then his friend got out of the car and shot me without giving demand .

He seems to be bugged for doing CL which he will be punished for, but for the RDM provide a longer POV of the whole situation
